How It Works?
Our dedicated team will pick up and drop off your pup at your home at the scheduled time.
If you’re at work or have a packed schedule, our transportation service makes life easier, allowing your dog to enjoy a fun-filled day of play and socialization without you having to worry about transportation.

DAYCARE
REQUIREMENTS AND RULES:
Please find below a comprehensive list of guidelines:
- Pick-up and drop-off distances are calculated from the Greenpoint daycare location using Google Maps.
- For locations beyond 12 minutes walking distance, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
- A valid daycare package is required to use pick-up and drop-off services.
- Pick-up and drop-off must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
- As a general rule, pick-ups begin at 7:00 AM, and drop-offs occur between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- All dogs must be wearing a secure collar at the time of pick-up.
- Pick-up and drop-off services may be suspended in case of extreme weather conditions, such as heavy snow, intense heat, thunderstorms, or flooding. Parents will be notified in advance whenever possible.
- If we do not have access to the residence and the parent is not home at the time of arrival, an additional fee will be charged for waiting time.
- Parents who wish for us to leave the dog inside the home must provide access instructions before the start of the pick-up or drop-off service.
