At our daycare, your dog enjoys a full day of supervised play and
socialization with other dogs, physical activities in both indoor and outdoor areas, relaxing breaks in comfortable spaces, and meals with fresh water according to your instructions.
NOTE:
The packages expire in 6 months.
All packages will automatically renew. If you wish to discontinue, kindly notify us in advance.
Receive a 20% discount when bringing two or more dogs.
The packages are individual and must be purchased separately for each dog.
DAYCARE
REQUIREMENTS AND RULES:

- The package will be automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 15 days in advance.
- All packages include access to both indoor and outdoor private dog runs.
- All dogs attending daycare must have a Gingr profile with us.
- The package expiration period starts from the first usage.
- Daycare packages are non-refundable.
- It is mandatory for all dogs to wear a collar while attending daycare.
- A $15 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes past daycare closing time. If the delay reaches 2 hours after closing, your dog will automatically be enrolled in overnight boarding, and standard boarding rates will apply.
- All dogs seven months and older must be neutered or spayed.
- An additional fee will be charged for early drop-offs at daycare or boarding, before opening hours.
- All dogs must be up to date with the required vaccine certificates for rabies, distemper, and bordetella, including the given date, due date, and vet signature.
- All dogs must undergo and pass an assessment and behavioral test (trial for three days).
- A disposable bag must be used to send your dog’s food to daycare.
- All dogs nine months and older must be neutered or spayed.
- Pick-up and drop-off services are not included.
- Any additional requests or special service needs will be charged separately.

Pickup & Drop off
REQUIREMENTS AND RULES:

- Pick-up and drop-off distances are calculated from the Greenpoint daycare location using Google Maps.
- For locations beyond 12 minutes walking distance, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
- A valid daycare package is required to use pick-up and drop-off services.
- Pick-up and drop-off must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
- As a general rule, pick-ups begin at 7:00 AM, and drop-offs occur between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- All dogs must be wearing a secure collar at the time of pick-up.
- Pick-up and drop-off services may be suspended in case of extreme weather conditions, such as heavy snow, intense heat, thunderstorms, or flooding. Parents will be notified in advance whenever possible.
- If we do not have access to the residence and the parent is not home at the time of arrival, an additional fee will be charged for waiting time.
- Parents who wish for us to leave the dog inside the home must provide access instructions before the start of the pick-up or drop-off service.
Dog Walking
Hours: Weekdays from 7am to 7pm – Saturday from 8am to 5pm
Swimming Pool
The packages below are for pool sessions during daycare hours. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour in the pool area, providing extra fun, exercise, and enrichment for the dogs.
Package valid for regular customers. Our School Bus will safely and comfortably transport your pet to our Astoria location, where they can enjoy a fun and refreshing swimming session.
During the activity, one instructor will be in the pool while another supervises from outside, ensuring full support. the session lasts approximately one hour, always respecting your dog’s pace and preference. After swimming and drying off, your pup will be safely transported back to our Greenpoint location.
Please note: To use this service, your dog must be enrolled in daycare on the same day as the swimming session.
Private Swimming Pool
All pool sessions are private and reserved exclusively for you and your dog-no other clients or dogs will share the space during your appointment. Advance booking is required through our system; no walk-ins are accepted. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is supervised by a staff member. If you’d like staff assistance inside the pool, this can be arranged for an additional fee with prior notice. Dogs must be clean, parasite-free, and up to date on rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations (with proof including dates and vet signature). Please notify us of any health conditions, recent surgeries, or injuries. Dogs must also be friendly and pass a behavioral assessment before participating. Late arrivals will not be extended, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
REQUIREMENTS AND RULES:
Please take note of the following guidelines:
- Private swim lessons are scheduled on Saturdays.
- You will be able to swim with your dog.
- All dogs must have an active Gingr profile with us:

- All clients who want their dogs to use the swimming pool must sign a waiver at least 24 hours before the session, or the appointment will be canceled.
- A maximum of two individuals is allowed in the deck area.
- Please bring your towel, swim shoes, and bathing suit.
- Pictures and videos are permitted.
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a day from your package will be forfeited. In the case of a single session, the full price will be charged.
- Packages will remain valid for 18 months.
- Before allowing the instructor into the water with your dog, the dog must pass an evaluation.

The price fluctuates depending on the condition of the coat and the pup’s temperament.

Vaccination Records and Rules
For the safety of all dogs in our care, proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required before any grooming appointment. Your pup must be vaccinated for:
✔ Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
✔ Rabies
✔ Distemper (DHPP)
Please make sure to upload your dog’s vaccination records to your Gingr Parent Portal or email them to us before your scheduled appointment.
Dogs may arrive up to 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment. After grooming is complete, parents must pick up their dog within 20 minutes of being notified.
If the dog is not picked up within this time frame, a daycare fee will be applied.
Policies & Procedures
Dogs may arrive up to 20 minutes before the scheduled session and must be picked up within 20 minutes after it ends. If your dog stays beyond this window, a daycare fee will apply.
Prices vary based on coat type, styling preferences, and temperament.
Cancellation Policy: Customers who cancel grooming appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or who do not show up, will be charged 60% of the full service fee.
Boarding

- Boarding stays must be for a minimum of 2 nights.
- Prior to making a boarding reservation, dogs must undergo an evaluation and a three-day daycare trial.
- Private rooms are available at no extra cost.
- For dogs aged nine months or older, spaying or neutering is mandatory for participation in daycare or boarding.
- Private feeding arrangements can be made for your pet.
- For boarding pick-up, a fifteen-minute grace period will be allowed after the initial drop-off time. If the pick-up occurs after this, an additional daycare charge will be added.
- There is no extra fee for holiday boarding.
- A $15 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes past daycare closing time. If the delay reaches 2 hours after closing, your dog will automatically be enrolled in overnight boarding, and standard boarding rates will apply.
- Early drop-off before opening time will incur a $15 charge.
- All dogs must wear collars.Â

Training
Dog training sessions focused on obedience, socialization, and behavior correction, always using positive methods with experienced trainers.
Includes:
• Basic commands (sit, stay, come, heel, etc.)
• obedience on and off leash
• Socialization with other dogs and people
• Correction of unwanted behaviors
• Mental stimulation and focus
• Guidance for dog owners
All sessions are individual, one-on-one between the trainer and your dog.
Available by appointment only.
Agility Course
Agility group sessions take place twice a week, with days and times selected from three available options and communicated in advance. Each session lasts two hours and is suitable for both beginners and more experienced dogs. the focus is on obstacle familiarization, verbal cues, and obedience exercises.
During the activity, dogs are introduced to tunnels, weave poles, hoops, teeter-totters, treat puzzles, and fetch games. Consistent participation helps with physical and mental development, reinforces obedience, and improves communication between you and your pup.
Please note: to participate in the Agility Playgroup, your dog must be enrolled in daycare on the same day.
