At All Dogs in the City, we offer a supervised and structured swimming experience at our dog-friendly pool located at our Astoria facility. Greenpoint clients can also enjoy this service with transportation included!

How It Works?
💦 Supervised Sessions – One trained staff member will be in the pool while another supervises from outside, ensuring complete safety and support for your dog.

💦 Gradual introduction – New swimmers are introduced to the water gently, at their own pace.

🚍 School Bus Service for Swimming Days!
On designated swim days, our School Bus will transport dogs from Greenpoint to our Astoria facility so they can enjoy the pool. After their swim session, they will be returned to Greenpoint, ensuring a seamless and fun experience.

- Pet parents must notify us in advance if they want their dog to participate in group swim sessions.
- We will email pet parents in advance with the designated group swim days.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
REQUIREMENTS AND RULES:
Please take note of the following guidelines:
- Private swim lessons are scheduled on Saturdays.
- You will be able to swim with your dog.
- All dogs must have an active Gingr profile with us:

🔹 Greenpoint: alldogsgreenpoint.gingrapp.com - Sessions must be scheduled at least seven days in advance.
- All clients who want their dogs to use the swimming pool must sign a waiver at least 24 hours before the session, or the appointment will be canceled.
- A maximum of two individuals is allowed in the deck area.
- Please bring your towel, swim shoes, and bathing suit.
- Pictures and videos are permitted.
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a day from your package will be forfeited. In the case of a single session, the full price will be charged.
- Packages will remain valid for 18 months.
- Before allowing the instructor into the water with your dog, the dog must pass an evaluation.
